About The Job
As an Associate in Ads Policy, you will lead strategic initiatives that impact our client efforts to both maintain and grow a healthy digital ads ecosystem. You will join a global team, which is focused on launching and landing policies that keep users safe and also unlock new avenues for safe and sustainable growth. You will own projects, collaborate with Sales, Policy, Product, Engineering and Support teams, and drive the execution of mission-critical initiatives for the ads business globally.
In this role, you are experienced at solving ambiguous business problems, bringing structure to complex challenges, and moving seamlessly and efficiently from ideas to action. You have deep experience influencing difficult stakeholders, and bringing a balance of strategic thinking and pragmatism in getting things done.
The team drives core planning activities and develops frameworks to integrate global business strategies across the Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships organizations.
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify emergent business issues and opportunities, by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
- Structure strategic and operational initiatives by developing work plans, aligning on key milestones and success metrics, and ensuring projects are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate across internal teams to develop and execute communications strategy for major launches and initiatives.
- Communicate findings to business organization with executive-ready presentations.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales, service management, operations, or consulting.
- Experience in policy or passion for doing the right thing for both users and the business.
- Knowledge of Ads product or business.
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to technical teams, distill complex concepts into coherent and easy-to-understand messages for sellers and clients.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on crisis scenarios and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and creatively to overcome problems.
