Business Analyst - Hybrid role (1-2 days a week on-site) - Manchester
We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our client's Projects and Training team. You'll support technology-driven change by investigating, specifying, and designing systems, processes, and services. Your role will involve facilitating stakeholder, documenting business processes, and translating requirements.
You'll work across the full project life-cycle, from developing business cases to testing and implementation support, whilst delivering high quality IT systems and driving impactful change within the organisation
We're looking for someone who:
- Experienced Business Analyst: Demonstrates experience on medium and large-scale (£1m+) projects involving 3rd parties and technical resources. Skilled in analysis, defining, and articulating requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Effective Project Delivery: Proven track record in leading complex system/operational analysis, planning, and running requirements workshops. Capable of identifying optimal solutions with stakeholders.
- High-Quality Outputs: Proficient in structured BA methodologies and techniques, including business process modeling, to capture and document "as-is" and "to-be" requirements.
- Resilient and Adaptable: Comfortable with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Flexible and able to learn and grow from challenges.
