My Financial Services Client are currently looking for a Head of Front Office Support - EMEA. Key Responsibilities include: * Provide application support and troubleshooting for clients, internal trade desks escalating to development teams. * Fulfilling client customisation requests with Algo trading systems and MTF platform. * Analysis / troubleshooting of order routing, trade flow and post trade issues. * Managing and prioritising team communication, ques, and mailboxes to ensure requests are being actioned in a timely manner. * Analysis and identification of trends and patterns and ensuring incident and problem management procedures are being followed. * Assisting with product testing and project work. * Contribute towards 'follow the sun' support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US to ensure pre market health checks are performed. * Occasional weekend work required during major upgrades. Key Experience required: * Strong hands on support experience of a trading platform within a financial institution * Equities / Algorithmic Trading Knowledge is a must have. Good understanding of industry standard algorithms (VWAP, TWAP, IS, POV etc.) * Excellent communication skills, experience leading teams and working with the front office. * Excellent knowledge of the FIX protocol. * Successful track history in a Linux Environment.
