Process Analyst, Process Redesign, Process Reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, Process Review, Insurance, London Markets, Financial Services.
A global Insurance business are currently seeking a Process Specialist to join them on a permanent basis in London. The successful candidate will be required to have Process Redesign and London Markets experience, alongside very strong communication skills.
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working as a Process Analyst or Process Specialist
- Excellent knowledge of transformation, change management and operational improvement
- Experience working within London Markets Insurance
- Experience using Visio and other process mapping tools
- Knowledge of/ qualifications within Lean Six Sigma would be highly beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working with and managing a variety of stakeholders
