As part of this journey, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive real change and add tangible value to the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct feasibility assessments, requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Support solution evaluation and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
- Assist with project documentation and change management processes
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects (ERP experience is ideal but not essential)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in Middlesbrough 2 days per week
