Service Delivery Analyst (Contract) - Resilience & Security Focus

We are working with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Service Delivery Analyst with a strong focus on operational resilience, vulnerability management, and service continuity.
This role will play a key part in ensuring IT services are secure, resilient, and recoverable, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to maintain high-performing, reliable service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive IT service management with a focus on resilience, continuity, and risk reduction.
- Lead vulnerability management activities, working with cyber and infrastructure teams to identify, prioritise, and track remediation.
- Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks, including testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee service resilience and availability, ensuring systems meet recovery and uptime objectives.
- Produce clear service reporting, including performance, risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement actions.
- Manage major incidents and escalations, ensuring effective service restoration.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business, security, and technology teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service stability, security, and operational maturity.
