D365FO Administrator

We're looking for an experienced D365FO Administrator to join a growing IT team in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise who enjoys managing enterprise applications, driving system improvements, and supporting business-critical technology platforms.

Working closely with the IT Systems Manager, you'll take ownership of the D365 Finance & Operations environment and associated integrated systems, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated business applications
  • Manage system configurations, customisations, and enhancements to optimise performance
  • Act as the D365FO subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support across the business
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between D365FO and third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring incidents are managed effectively
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions across the platform
  • Support and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and technologies
  • Deliver projects from inception through to implementation, engaging stakeholders throughout
  • Support compliance with governance frameworks including ISO27001, SOX controls, and PCI-DSS requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to reduce recurring issues
  • Provide escalation support to internal teams and end users when required
  • Occasionally support planned and unplanned out-of-hours activities

Required Experience

  • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience working within Microsoft Azure environments
  • Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of integrating applications with Microsoft D365
  • Scripting and automation experience using C# and/or Python
  • Understanding of Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing technical deliverables
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of business and finance processes

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within a global organisation across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to large-scale, fast-paced operational environments
  • Experience within sports, entertainment, events, or media organisations
