Long-term collaboration focused on flexibility, continuity and management of external workforce
London, 29/05/2026 – Enexis, the Dutch grid operator, has selected Harvey Nash as its partner for the engagement of temporary external professionals. The agreement, worth 2 billion euros, begins with a three-year term and can be extended by up to five additional one-year periods.
Under this agreement, Harvey Nash will manage the full end-to-end process for external hiring at Enexis. This includes labour market sourcing, candidate selection, contracting, administration and reporting. By working with a single strategic partner, Enexis aims to increase visibility and control over quality, continuity, cost management and compliance with legislation and regulations.
The partnership supports Enexis in organising its workforce in a flexible and future-ready way, in a labour market where specialist expertise is scarce and where the energy transition demands speed, scalability and adaptability. At the same time, access to a broad and diverse pool of professionals will be maintained.
In addition, Harvey Nash will provide Enexis with ongoing market insights, management information and reporting on the use of external talent.
