Charlie Deacon

Managing Consultant

Hello, I'm Charlie, a Managing Consultant in the Harvey Nash Leeds office.

I lead a team of Consultants that specialise in Business Change & Transformation. I specialise in contract recruitment for Business Change & Transformation professionals including Project/Programme Management, Business Analysis, Product, Agile/Digital Delivery and Senior Leadership. My role is to work in partnership with our Director to grow our contractor numbers.

We partner clients across the following industries:

  • Financial Services
  • Insurance
  • Retail
  • Travel/Leisure
  • Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Education
  • Legal
  • Consultancy
  • Digital Marketing

Outside of work, I love all sports and play both 5 a-side and 11 a-side. I'm an avid Arsenal fan and absolutely love a day out at the cricket as well. I also really enjoy going out and socialising with friends.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Do what makes you happy."
