I hold a Master’s degree in strength & conditioning from Loughborough University and previously founded my own health & fitness clinic, working with both athletes and the general population. This entrepreneurial journey taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of building strong relationships, skills I now bring into recruitment.
Outside of work I enjoy; boxing, salsa dancing and bachata, writing poetry and watching football.
