Frazer Allen

Senior Consultant

Hi, I’m Frazer, I’m a specialist contract Data recruiter based in the Birmingham Harvey Nash team.

I focus on the contract Data market, covering a breadth of roles from data analysts, engineers, scientists and architects through to senior appointments like Chief Data Officers. With a degree in Human Bioscience, I’ve always been a stickler for the technical side of things and have found working within the Data specialism lends itself nicely to this.

Being part of Harvey Nash since 2021, I have worked with a wide range of businesses including but not limited to; scaling digital transformation consultancies, Public Sector bodies and start-ups.

Outside of work I try to keep myself busy learning new things – my current go-to is hiking. I’m probably more on the ‘all the gear, no idea’ side at the moment, but really looking to do the 3 peaks challenge next year for charity. When I’m not trying something new, you’ll find me at the gym, in the pub, or trying my hand at some new recipes in the kitchen.

The best piece of advice I have been given is 'if you’re good at something, never do it for free.'
