I focus on understanding what both clients and candidates really need, helping create the right match for long-term growth and success. I manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting clients with hiring strategies and market insight. With experience in the Data sector, I understand the challenges businesses face and focus on delivering a smooth, professional, and tailored recruitment service for both clients and candidates. As part of my role, I recruit across the UK contract Data market, supporting organisations within technology, financial services, retail, public sector, and consultancy environments. Example roles I deliver include: Data Engineers, Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Governance/Data Management specialists.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up to date with various music genres across electronic and collecting vinyl records. I also enjoy playing golf, cooking different cuisines in the kitchen, and following football, especially supporting Liverpool F.C..
