Hi, I’m Rick and I’m a Senior Consultant for our Financial Services practice based in London.
I support financial and professional services firms by introducing them with the finest change and IT talent available. I listen, consult and advise firms on how to strategically grow their businesses as efficiently as possible.
I recruit IT and business change professionals for financial and professional services clients. Furthermore, I support private equity and PE advisory firms when demand arises in the value creation and tech due diligence space.

I joined the new dad club in August 2024 and love nothing more than spending time with my family. When I get permission however, you can find me at the Etihad watching Man City or watching F1. I treat myself by going to 2 or 3 Gran Prix a year, diary permitting!
