Will Wakefield

Managing Consultant

Hi, I'm Will and I'm an Managing Consultant working as part of our Technology Specialisms team, at Harvey Nash.

I specialise in IT Business Systems, including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Workday, Successfactors and ERP. I started in recruitment in June 2015 and have spent the last 9 years working in the technology recruitment space.

I have specialised in numerous markets during the 9 years but have had a real focus in Salesforce and HR Transformation. I focus on placing a variety of roles across the software lifecyle including developers, consultants, architects and project managers.

I live a very social life outside of work and spend a lot of time with my family and dog. I have a 5 year old daughter who loves going to the park and the woods. I am a big music lover, and have a large vinyl collection, including disco, hip-hop and reggae. Alongisde music I grew up playing rugby although now I'm more of a spectator.

The best piece of advice I've been given is, "Make sure you meet everyone you work with, recruitment is built on relationships."
