- Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Ensure adherence to Digital Scotland Service Standard (DSSS) criteria and facilitate assessments.
- Contribute to the design of efficient, secure processes aligned with a cloud-hosted SaaS platform.
- Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on project progress and business outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in business analysis for large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of process re-engineering, automation, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Digital Scotland Service Standard and its application in government projects.
