Ashley Tiley

Associate Director

Hi, I'm Ashley, I'm an Associate Director within the Technology Specialisms recruitment team based in the Birmingham office.

I have worked in recruitment for over twenty years with the last fifteen years being focused on technology recruitment requirements. My role within Harvey Nash is to manage the technical recruitment team in Birmingham. Our consultants provide exceptional talent on both a permanent and contract basis and are specialists in areas including:

  •  Project and Change
  • Data
  • Software Development and
  • Testing
  • Cyber Security
  • Infrastructure and networking
  • IT Operations
  • Business Systems

We currently partner with organisations in a diverse sector range including technology, retail, financial services, logistics and the public sector across the UK South.

Outside of work, I'm fortunate to have a great home life with a young daughter who keeps me busy. I also enjoy the gym, reading and socialising with a glass of wine, preferably somewhere sunny.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "If you can't change it, accept it or just ignore it."
