Ashton Arnold

Client Services Director

Hello! I’m Ashton, Client Services Director UKI.

I lead strategy and growth of enterprise accounts at Harvey Nash. You’ll hear me talking about expansion, optimisation and retention. High standards, always.

For over 18 years I've helped major organisations across financial services, energy, education and retail find better ways to attract and keep great talent. A tech recruiter at heart, I now design and run large-scale workforce programmes to deliver enterprise value and long-term customer partnerships.

Life outside work revolves around my two boys. Weekends mean tennis, football, and loyal (if painful) support for Dorking Wanderers and Liverpool. I love travel, languages and a good pub quiz, though my competitive streak has seen me quietly banned from family board games.

The best piece of advice I've been given is 'if a thing is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.'
