Hi, I&rsquo;m Craig and I&rsquo;m a Senior Consultant in the Projects, Change &amp; Transformation specialism team based in the Harvey Nash London office.&nbsp;
I have more than ten years&rsquo; experience partnering with clients across Retail/Investment Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech and Wealth Management to build their Projects &amp; Change, and Software teams. I&rsquo;ve also placed most hands on roles within the Software Development life cycle including Data, Infrastructure and Cyber.

You will be the bridge between complex MGA/TPA ecosystems and a unified global landing model, creating the "Gold Standard" for how Delegated Authority business is conducted. The role:<ul><li>You'll be facilitating SME Councils and Governance forums, challenging senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across diverse Business Units. You aren't just taking notes - you're steering the ship.</li><li>You'll dive deep into the mechanics of Premium, Risk, and Claims domains. Reg Ops Analyst - Middle Office, EMIR/SFTR (1 year contract) Up to £350 P/D inside IR35 Central London - Hybrid I'm working with a global asset manager based in Central London, who is looking for an experienced Reg Ops Analyst to join them on an initial one year contract. This isn't just a reporting role; it's a high-impact seat at one of the world's most prestigious active asset managers. The role:<ul><li>You'll split your time between high-stakes Production Oversight (EMIR/SFTR reporting and collateral) and Agile Project Management. You aren't just following a process; you're building the future of how the business handles regulatory change.</li><li>As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll be the face of Regulatory Ops, collaborating with Portfolio Managers, IT, and Service Providers.</li><li>You'll have the mandate to identify structural inefficiencies and propose your own solutions.</li></ul>The core requirements:<ul><li>2-3+ years in Middle Office (OTC, ETD, or Collateral) and a solid grip on EMIR/SFTR within Asset Management/Investment Management/Wealth Management.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methods is key.
