Danielle McDonald

Service Delivery Manager

Hey, I'm Danielle, a Service Delivery Manager as part of the Harvey Nash Leeds office.

My main responsibilities are building and maintaining long lasting relationships with many of our clients, exploring opportunities where we can add value to their recruitment services and processes.

My strong experience in Technical IT recruitment and Human Resources has allowed me to work hand-in-hand with a number of organisations supporting ongoing, large scale transformation programmes with a large number of highly technical roles whilst collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to build a talented and diverse workforce.

In my spare time, I find myself exploring new places and eating the best foods I can find. Being outside in the fresh air, taking my pup for a walk with a coffee is the perfect weekend. I'm partial to a good TV series and a couple of drinks as well as doing DIY.

The best piece of advice I've been given is, "Do what makes you happy."
