Emma Gardiner

Director UK North

Hi, I'm Emma and I'm the Director for the UK North at Harvey Nash.

I currently work within the leadership space and am keen to strengthen our Leadership community in the North West. I have brought on some key accounts to the Manchester office and help them to achieve their goals, as well as providing career management to IT professionals allowing them to find their next career move.

Examples roles I recruit for include:

  • CIOs
  • Heads of IT Functions
  • Project and Programme Management
  • Business Analysis

One of the most rewarding elements to my role at Harvey Nash comes from building professional relationships with clients and candidates, making sure I establish trusted working relationships as well as organising leadership events in the Northwest to bring our community together.

I joined Harvey Nash after graduating from the University of Birmingham with an honours Degree in Sociology.
