Jo Tiley

Client Services Manager

Hi, I’m Jo, a Client Services Manager at Harvey Nash.

I’m responsible for the strategic growth and success of a portfolio of UK&I enterprise clients, helping organisations maximise workforce performance through insight led strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, and innovative talent solutions.

After graduating with a Law degree and spending time travelling, I joined Harvey Nash in 2003. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held a variety of roles across the business, giving me extensive experience in workforce and talent solutions. Today, I partner with clients to align workforce strategies with business objectives, delivering measurable improvements in hiring outcomes, stakeholder experience, supplier performance, and programme effectiveness.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, keeping fit, and spending time with friends and family.

Best advice I've ever been given is 'it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.'
