Hi, my name is Karolina and I'm a Programme Delivery Lead as part of our Direct Sourcing offering at Harvey Nash.
I look after service delivery for our Meta account. I am an experienced Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I initially started my career as a technology recruiter focusing on the Microsoft market. I then moved on to the role of an account/service delivery manager.
I now support the delivery team directly and focus on sourcing quality candidates for our key clients. I graduated from Durham University with a Sociology Degree, initially aiming to work in a Charity organisation before finding the perfect combination - working in Harvey Nash as well as volunteering and fundraising in my free time!
I really enjoy travelling as well as the outdoors, especially trekking in our beautiful Lake District.
The best piece of advice I've been given is, "Treasure all the moments because time moves fast."
