Matt Holmes

Managing Director UK & Ireland

Hi, I’m Matt and I’m proud to be the Managing Director for UK&I for Harvey Nash.

I lead the growth and performance of Harvey Nash across the UK and Ireland, while supporting our CEO in driving global success. With a career spent building, scaling and transforming businesses, from small private companies to multinational listed organisations, I focus on creating high‑performing teams and sustainable commercial growth.

I'm immensely passionate about enabling people to perform at their best and building environments where teams challenge, innovate, and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work and raising children when there is free time for hobbies, I’m an active individual and love making time for; tennis, padel and skiing and in 2026 I’m training to run the London Marathon.

The best piece of advice I've been given is 'surround yourself with people who push you to be better, and whom you trust to catch anything that slips through the cracks.'
