Rupali Sharma

Delivery Consultant

Hi, I'm Rupali and I'm a Delivery Consultant, as part of our Direct Sourcing team, specilasing on our Meta account.

I specialise in the creative and technical roles. I have a wealth of experience in recruitment, initially joining Harvey Nash specialising in recruiting R4R for Meta and now moving on to focus on a range of technical and creative roles.

Example roles I recruit for include:

  • AdTech Specialist
  • UX Researcher
  • Software Engineer

As part of my role, we build and manage Meta's expert contingent community in the UK, helping the business attract, recruit and retain talent, as well as build a long term pipeline of contingent workers for the future.

Outside of work, I love singing and travelling.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Whatever you do give it 100%."
