Hi, I'm Shashidhar, an Associate Resource Consultant at Harvey Nash.
I'm an experienced Technical Recruiter with over a decade of expertise and experience in placing exceptionally talented individuals. I work alongside a number of major organisations across the UK, including Google, BBC, Ford and Expedia.
When working with clients, my responsibilities range from participating in meetings with hiring managers, identifying and approaching suitable candidates, all the way through to processing offers for successful candidates.

Outside of work, I am a huge cricket fan and spend a lot of my time playing myself. When I'm not out on the pitch, I enjoy putting my feet up and watching series to relax. Besides watching series, I also love listening to music and reading stories based on ancient mythology.
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Work hard and stay humble."
